    I've been doing the 40 hour *** training and during the videos a pop up ad will take over saying Spectrum Rewards. When I exit out, it then restarts the video from the beginning. If the video is an hour or two or three, it's nearly impossible to get through the video because that ad will pop up. My computer and the computer at my job never have this ad, only during the Autism Partnership Foundation videos. I followed all of their technical requirements and still issues occur. I emailed and called APF to no avail.

    I signed up to do the 40 hour *** training course with APF. If you sign up for this, it has to be completed within a certain time frame. I have had to rewatch multiple modules because the site is faulty. I retake each quiz a minimum of 3 times immediately after completing the quiz. I have reached out for assistance on this twice and I have not heard back.I do not have much free time, I am a single parent trying to make myself a better professional for my family and this program is proving to be a waste of my time. I just want someone to confirm that once I have completed the training I will get my certificate because at the rate I am going I do not think I will complete on time due to the sites inability to recognize a completed module and 100% quiz.

    I previously filed with BBB and had received a call from the Autism Partneeship Foundation and she completely dismissed me and my significant other and wouldnt let us talk she would just talk over us.
