    Purchased a $400 gift card in December. I have tried to schedule a session but they kept saying they are short staffed and now they have closed suddenly without a forwarding address. I would like a refund if possible. They gave no warning and should not have sold the gift card and then suddenly shuttered their doors within months.

    Purchased a gift card over the phone May of 2023 $275 for a friend. Unfortunately she hasnt used it. I call to make an appointment and find the business is permanently closed. Would like to get my money back. Unable to access my statement from Amex as its over a year old.

    Received a gift certificate for $200 in services in April 2022. Made appointment for services after receiving the gift, but had to cancel due to medical issue. Since then other personal reasons prevented me from using certificate. Upon trying to call to redeem certificate for services, found out the location was closed. Location closed without informing of pending closure in order to make good on services paid for.Request for refund of certificate amount.

    On April 21st, I went in for a facial treatment. The aesthetician took off my necklace and did not inform me where it was placed. I left the business, realized I did not have my necklace I went back to the business. The front desk was at first untangling the necklace, I asked them to stop, and I looked at it and realized many stones were missing, the pendant was bent, and the chain was extremely tangled. First, the two attendants at the front desk had conflicting stories. One said they didn't see anything in the robe before putting in the wash while the other said they found it in the wash. The front desk attendants took a picture and said they would inform their boss to give me a call. A week passes by without a call from the owner. I call back, asking if I could speak to the owner and see how this situation could be rectified in good faith. The attendants said they notified the owner multiple times asking to call me back. The attendant then proceeds to say to me if my insurance was going to take care of the necklace. More weeks pass by without any response from the owner. And I called back and made efforts to discuss with the owner again on May 25th. The owner does not call me back but writes me the following email. ***************************** <*****************************>Fri, May 26, 2:17?PM (5 days ago)to me ?Ms *******,Ive received your message. I understand your necklace was left in a robe when you left the spa, and unfortunately, it went through the wash.Our policy is that guests are responsible for their personal belongings per the waiver signed upon entering the spa.We regret that this unfortunate incident happened.****"I would like to understand questions I do not have answers to. 1. Where was my necklace placed? Why was I not informed where it was placed? Why is it in the wash? 2. Why does the owner make no effort to call and communicate with their customer? This was a gift after giving birth and I want it replaced.
