    I got the free trial where I was only supposed to pay for S&H for order. On 7-9-2024 $79.90 was taken out of my account. I never agreed to sign up for a subscription and no account was made. There is no way to cancel it online and their business hours are really early so by the time I was notified there was nothing I could do and now have to wait a few days till I can call them and see what the f*** is going on and call the bank is dispute the charge on my card. I also might be filing charges for theft because I was never told that I would be paying monthly for this and I talked to multiple employees on the phone who all said I wouldnt be charged after the trial. This company is scamming people and I have no trust in them at all

    I bought this about two months ago. There was an add. I looked through all the reviews at the time I had no idea they were false. I got the product and Ive been charged $80 a month for this product and not receiving anymore packages. I only agreed to the free one where I paid shipping. I have just disputed this to my bank and am very upset there is no way to cancel this and no way to log into any sort of account.

    $80 was stolen from my account. There is no log in. No account was made. They billed my card with no notice. No explanation. I did NOT agree to any subscription

    I ordered the risk free trial on October **** 2022 only paid for shipping. I received the package. Then the next month would be November **** I was billed ***** when it only should have been ** something dollars. I have wrote them emails and also I have called and no response back. I deserve an explanation why I have been charged this much and a refund also I still haven't received the *** package where I was charged ******

    It says about having difficulty processing my card but it was taken out and it says it was canceled

    I signed up for a 30-day free trial of their kit and then when i went to cancel so there is no future charges there is nowhere to login to cancel it. Now I have been charged $80 instead of the original $40 it was supposed to be and there is no way to cancel this charge. This company is scamming people who are simply trying to get pregnant.
