    Went into sebastopol bearing & hydraulic to have a few hoses made up with hydraulic fittings. Older man with extremely poor attitude obviously unsure of how to build hoses made numerous mistakes and wasted a lot of materials in the build process. When it came time to pay, I reminded him we have an agriculture account for reduced sales tax. He refused to apply the tax as per our permit and insisted on me paying the extra ****** of fittings/hose/materials from his mistakes. The other women working there obviously know this is an ongoing issue but refused to step in and resolve. I hear this from a lot of businesses in the community they charge the extra sales tax and pocket the difference from ag tax
