    On 03/27/2023 an order of jerseys was place with the company by the name of Printopolis, Inc. It was for a total of 24 customized black baseball jerseys. The business assistant confirmed sizes, material, vinyl and names and let us know the date of pick up. Jerseys was picked up 04/05/2023 close to closing so the jerseys wasn’t reviewed over before leaving the business. Next day of distributing the jerseys out they were a complete disaster. It was 4/5 different materials, placing of letters not lined, mistakes done and covered up, letter completely and more. Everyone had something wrong with the jersey. On 04/08 When addressed to the business the assistant said she’ll talk to her boss about the order and have her follow up with us. No one ever called back. After numerous calls to the business and the owner cell no one ever answered or replied back to us. We sent text messages to the owner and she offered to waived balance owed of $66 out a purchase order of $1,041.36 and they offered to iron back on the vinyl of the jerseys that fell off. Since then owner stop responding and business has been closed. Invoice #: ***

    Tell us why here...The order placed on 03/27/2023 was an order of 24 jerseys varying in sizes from small to 4xl. Because of the time constraint, the details of the varying fabrics were discussed and approved by the person who originally placed the order, ***** *******. The font selection was also discussed, thus explaining the differences in sizes for the names. The nicknames varied from 3 characters in length to upwards of 10. On the day of pick up, the customer did not have the complete amount, (she was missing the $66 mentioned in their complaint) but the manager allowed her to take the full order anyways. On the next day, the complaints began to come in about differences in fabrics, which was explained from the beginning. Because of the group’s discontent, we chose to waive the rest of the amount the customer owed, but since it was discussed before we could not do a refund or exchange. Then the group started to mention the vinyl peeling off. We understood their frustration, so as the response to ******** said on 04/12, we encouraged the team members to bring in their jerseys to be fixed from the vinyl, given that that had never happened to us before. Their reply was that they were going to reach out to the BBB, so no further discussion occurred.
