    Be careful. We purchased a newly built home with a solar system already installed. We did not have any information or paperwork about our new system, we contacted the Builder Do Buy Construction and he gave us the solar system installers phone number so we can have our system recognized by ****************************** ************************** came out and got my system connected to the Enphase app so I can monitor the energy being produced. Then, we find out that we weren't connected to ************************ ***************** said he will submit the application to *************** for approval. He sold us ten more panels and promised everything would be completed by Monday Oct. 16th, 2023. It has been 4.5 months since and we still are not recognized with ***************. I am not sure who to go after, the builder for hiring someone without a license or the installer who has not been upfront with his expertise and selling us a twelve thousand dollar set of ten panels because twelve panels weren't enough. I have recently contacted another local solar installer to finish our install and he says that this is a common theme with some rogue unlicensed solar installers. As senior citizens I would think we would have some kind of protections from hooligans. Feeling very concerned
