    I'm filing a complaint against Body Lab Wellness Spa (Owner: M***** ******) for misrepresentation of treatments at the time of purchase/failure to issue refunds for unperformed services/potential licensing violations/unsanitary practices/unauthorized use of client images
    I bought Leg/Glute&Ab Package-$1,781 on 7/26/24, sold as skin tightening/toning on abs and cellulite treatments on glutes/legs-I never received treatments on legs/glutes. I bought Chest Package-$574.75 on 8/6/24, sold as skin tightening for breasts-Never completed due to lack of equipment/knowledge Instead of issuing refund. She tried to reallocate sessions to my glutes/legs-I never agreed to forfeit any paid services. I asked about glute/leg sessions-she claimed necessary tools wouldn't arrive til April 2025, yet I purchased this on 7/26/24! I pay a $99/monthly membership (unlimited sauna&1 sculpting session) When I asked about remaining sessions, she shut down my account. I only used one sauna session and never received the full services I was charged for on 2/14/25
    She refuses to provide session breakdown despite multiple requests & refused to confirm if chest package balance, leg/glute treatments, and $99 charge would be refunded. I asked again-she claimed I was violating "no-contact" rule she created-I was contacting only to resolve legitimate refund disputes I want zero association with her-I’ve requested 4 times that she remove all pics of me from her social media/devices, yet some remain "Before" pics of my chest were taken without legally required nipple coverings & she refuses to confirm deletion. She claimed to be a nurse&certified personal trainer but won't provide proof of any licensing/certifications..I witnessed unsanitary practices-no gloves/reusing tools without sanitation/cross-contaminating products, I'm concerned about her legal qualifications to perform services she offers(mesotherapy/radio frequency/fat cavitation/personal training/nutritional counseling for weight management)
