    I paid in advance for a service they later said they were not able to do.They brought in another company to do the part they said they were not able to do. After a back and forth I decided not to proceed paying way more I was planning and they never gave me my money back. They asserted they already did some work so they had to calcolate some reduction of what they would return. They never sent me anything they did and never answered to several questions mails.

    I had used BusinessRocket.com's services several years ago in the fall of 2021 to setup my small business. However, since then this company has continued to send unwanted solicitation emails to promote their services without the ability to UNSUBSCRIBE from their solicitation emails. My request is to ensure that they are providing their prior clients with ability to opt out of their email communication.The business is in violation of CAN-SPAM Act.

    I signed up for service to start an LLC. After paying the fees I was then emailed saying I had to sign up for another service. I signed up for that service. After a few months I decided this was not the right time to start a business so I called Business Rocket to close all services. I emailed the mailbox provider to do the same. The person at Business Rocket said they would take care of it. So I left it at that. In June or July I received an email from them saying my annual filing is coming up. There was 3 options already filed need help filing or business closed I clicked on that and thought that was the end of it. Today I was charged 149 and when I called the gentleman named **** said it was never properly closed but he would work on that with his associates. I emailed the company to have things in writing this time. Got a response back saying it would cost 124 more if I wanted to close it for good. And that the fee is non refundable.

    Company was suposed to charge one fee As explained now other absents are emailing me trying to collect more money This is not the service I signed up for this is not the service o paid for similar to last llc Im fact agaent said this is all we would need now company is asking for more money
