    They couldn't clean properly the first time, I wouldn't let them back in to do it again charging $240.Three cleaning people to do a LIGHT cleaning job, no one has lived in the apartment since it was cleaned a month ago. Streaks left on the glass shower door and a mirror, dried leaves left on the patio (stating the area was inaccessible - NOT!), and they didn't even vacuum. I asked that they call me when they finished the job...never called. I spoke to one of the owners at Sherman ******* and he confirmed the lights and lock were off and locked...NOT! Lights left on, front door unlocked. I spoke to both owners of the Sherman Oaks CA franchise, stating I wanted a refund. They refused, so here is the next best thing, a truthful review...justified with photos sent to the owner. Three people for a one hour and 20 minutes LIGHT cleaning job...Buyer Beware!

    This company is nothing more than a SCAM. I recently arrived home after being HOSPITALIZED FOR 3 MONTHS, I advised them (********/*******/****** - they play games identifying themselves) of this as I discussed scheduling a cleaning of my home. My appt was on Friday 4/5, 3 women arrived 2 didn't speak English. One spoke broken *********** advised mgmt that THEY should advise the client WHO will be arriving, especially if there's a potential language barrier. I also explained during the scheduling of my appt what would need to be done. I advised the worker who spoke broken English to throw away anything in the fridge that was expired. I then CHANGED my directive & requested that she check with me prior to throwing things out (she did not). The following items were thrown out 3lbs of butter nvr open, 4lbs of bacon, sealed, nvr opened, large jug of Simply Lemonade. Another worker was using WINDEX on my hardwood furniture, I stopped her to which she said, it's just Windex. I gave her Endust to use instead. 2 barrel style chairs (heavy) were not put back where they were originally, some windows were left unlocked after cleaning (safety issue) The kitchen floor was left with tennis shoe marks all over because they walked over the wet floor instead of backing out as they mopped! Dirty dishes left in the sink which I requested be washed by hand were merely placed in the dishwasher. I paid for adtl time which I said I was willing to do when Mgmt called to ask if I wanted the ladies to continue. I called Mgmt after the ladies left to inform them of what happened, they asked what it was worth to me & offered $20 which I accepted to move on. The next day I was able to do a thorough walk-thru, I called Mgmt again to advise them of my dissatisfaction. I also sent a text msg & req'd a 50% refund of the total paid which was $380. I was met with excuses & denial that anything I stated was correct. NOW I demand an ********************** which would be a 50% refund!

    My husband and I have used this cleaning service on two separate occasions. Both times in setting up the appointments for servicing, I had no issues with the representative that I spoke with.

    For our second, and final cleaning, we were expecting to have both bedrooms, both bathrooms, and the general living areas cleaned. I was quoted a price of $165, to which we verbally agreed. Upon completion of the cleaning services, we noted that one of the bedrooms was not cleaned. A day after our services were completed, we were charged $180, not the originally agreed upon $165.

    When we called to discuss this discrepancy, one of the co-owners, ********, answered the phone and was immediately hostile. When explaining the situation, he kept saying that he would discount me the $15 difference on our next cleaning. The issue is that this difference would not account for the fact that one of the bedrooms in our original estimate was not cleaned. Therefore, our original estimate of $165 was already overpriced and we should have been charged even less, let alone the $180 we were charged. As I continued trying to explain this to ********, he became increasingly aggressive and belligerent on the phone. He kept asking what he could do and if I could "dumb down" my complaint. I expressed that I didn't know how else to explain the issue, other than the fact that we were overcharged for services that we did not receive. When it became clear he couldn't grasp my concern, and after he continued to get increasingly aggressive, ******** told me to hold a second. I agreed and waited about 45 seconds until he returned back to the phone, at which point he said, "Can you please tell me your name again?" I responded and gave him my full name. He belligerently replied using foul language and homophobic remarks.
