In 2023, we agreed to a trial service with ******** company. We did not sign any agreement with the company and the services were not provided, so we discontinued service and voiced our concern regarding the borderline fraudulent services promised. We paid three invoices out of courtesy. On April 24, 2025, I was aggressively contacted by **** ****** demanding another $9,968.23. I advised him that this issue had been resolved with LinkedIn via a ******** employee named ****** ******. He then provided me with a fraudulent contract with a TYPED NAME, no signature, of a former employee who asserts he did not sign the document. The facts are follows: We did not sign a contract or document binding us to any services through ******** or accept any terms ********** services were rendered by ******** and the charges they are asserting are bogus and fraud.LinkedIn left this situation stating they would get back to me regarding the bogus charges and they did not. We disputed the charges previously and challenged ********'s claim and were awaiting response directly from ********, which never came. The "contract" provided to me two years after the alleged charges is not a signed document, but a typed name of someone who does not work here and would have had no authority to bind the company.**** ****** continued to harass and threaten, no matter what facts were presented to him regarding the fraud.

Federal and State law prevents us from fully discussing any details of the account.  However, in reading this, I don't see a discernable complaint to respond to.  The only possible complaint that I see is that according to this person, the BBB is telling him/her that we are possibly out of business, which is completely false.
