    Ive spent a good amount with this company. I order several pairs of sweatpants and loved them and the material but when I purchased a different style wanting to try something new, they didnt fit. I emailed about returning the item and followed the instructions. I was told I would receive store credit. Well months and months went by and I received nothing. In fact, they stopped responding completely. I checked the status of my return and they had been received my return. I figured Id give them more time since I know business can get busy especially around the holidays. Well those months turned into more time. I tried to open a case through affirm to get my money back but unfortunately they were no help either since it had passed 60 days. I took the loss and never ordered from them again. I also spent $17.65 additional to return the item. Mind you, their sweatpants alone are over $100. Not for the set, just for the bottoms. I order this item in December 2023. They didnt ship it to me until the end February 2024. I returned this item right away once I received it since it was too big. Records showed my item got back to them March 16, 2024. I emailed them for months. I still have my email thread. I even emailed them asking to just exchange the item for a medium if they didnt want to give me a credit. First and last email from them was March 27, 2024 letting me know they would exchange the item for a smaller size. I never received a new item or credit.

    Discounts are not being applied during checkout even when orders are placed on Black Friday, resulting in failure to receive the promised discount. Attempts to contact customer service via email have been met with non-responsiveness. After resorting to reaching out through social media channels, only then was I directed to email, where a response was finally received. Furthermore, orders are experiencing significant delays, surpassing the guaranteed 4-week delivery timeframe by over two months. Caution is advised before making purchases from this business. Compounding the issue is the apparent lack of resolution despite widespread customer dissatisfaction, with many individuals reporting spending over $300 on items such as sweatsuits or jeans, only to never receive them. For example, I placed an order in January and as we approach March, there has been no communication or update regarding its status. This pattern of prolonged delays appears to be consistent, as evidenced by similar complaints from other consumers on the brand's social media platforms. Adding to the frustration is the owner's continued activity on social media without issuing any apologies or explanations. Consequently, I have decided to discontinue support for this brand due to its consistently disappointing service.
