    Agent of this company, his name is *** phone number ***************** came to my house on February 18. He told that California government has a program to help ********** people with energy saving. And we are qualified for this program for $8000, probably more because we are ********** and my husband is Ill. I needed only help with clogged toilet and sink. I needed to repair the gate to backyard. I also had an interest to convert a shower to bath for my heart ill husband. Mr *** told that we are approve for California save energy program. He told me and husband to apply to see if we qualify. Mr *** told that we qualify for $35,000 and $75,000. I was lucky to dont apply for these amounts as Mr *** told us. When I asked him about where is Government program? He told that government will pay $8000 and other we have to pay back to government. Its became to $24,000. To qualify for government program, Mr *** told us to sign a contract. Me and husband signed this contract. Mr *** told that zero down payment. Next day I spoke to my friend, who told that no any government program to fix toilet, sink and gate. Also, $24,000 its too expensive. I decided to cancel contract. On contract its showed 3 days cancellation window. When I sent to Mr *** on February 20 that I want to cancel, because $24,000 its too expensive and no any California government program inside this $24,000, Mr **** sent me text that its too late to cancel. Also, he wrote that I waived cancel. But I didnt waived it! Mr **** lied about government assistance program. He forced us to sign contact. I need to cancel this contract. Also, today his workers came in and changed gate in my backyard. Its different color from my entire fence. I also want to change this and cancel. But more important to cancel this contract. I will send tomorrow on February ******* by *** a paper of cancellation. Please cancel it.

    Hi ,

    we tried to explain the client that there is no energy efficient program involve with her project. 

    therefore we applied to a regular unsecure loan with payment option. 

    she mention she doesn't want to pay more the $300 a month and the job that we preform it pluming related and vinyl gate.

    nothing of this product are energy efficient 

    the customer request to reduce the scope of work without the build in tub/shower and we deduct the price for it which she agreed and sign on a new change order. and customer agreed to pay cash. $6000 which will be pay in 2 payments $3000 this moth and next moth $3000 / 

    We have a feeling customer trying to avoid the payment for the completed project that was done in timely manner

    We had a heating/air + solar system installed in our home by The Right Choice Home Remodeling Company, approximately last March 2024. We recently tried to get the heat to come on, but it does not work. Called the installation company to come out and fix but they will not call me back. I've been trying for over 3 months. I also contacted the company that we pay monthly, and they don't call back either. Next week I am going to visit their office to see if I can get it straight. The system costed approximately $40000; I feel they cheated us. The solar doesn't work either. Our electric bill is still $200 monthly.

    This company is illegally robocalling in the bay area ignoring the fcc do not call list and using spoofed phone numbers. I have received up to ten calls from different numbers within minutes. I have repeatedly told them to stop and reported them to the fcc.

    Regarding the complaint received about unauthorized robocalling from our company, I would like to clarify that the individual in question is not a client of ours, and therefore we do not provide services to them.

    We take such complaints very seriously and will take immediate steps to investigate the matter to ensure that no further contact is made with this individual. We will also review our practices to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

    We called this company to fix a flooding issue that always happens when it rains. It comes into house. So they come out and just do drywall and stucco removal outside of house and replace. This was March of 2023. They were suppose to according to paperwork do demo 1ft height over 2 bedrooms walls and haul away off all debris, clean up and vaccum all areas related, **************** water proof membrane over subfloor and walls meet, supply and install new insulation over work areas related, supply and install new drywall over exposed walls, supply and install baseboardsover work areas related, **************** interior paint over all areas related, clean up and haul away debris, None of this was done. We got flooded these last few days by rain, because only the outside was done, Nothing at all inside according to paperwork. We have been since basically since March 2023 to contact them, no return calls, so basically no one has came out.

    This home remodeling company was contracted on ****-23 to remove and replace the siding on the front of our garage, a proposed 2-3 day project. They demanded a $2500 down payment from me, which was made on ****. On **** they demanded the down payment of $470 indicated in the contract they signed with my wife. They worked intermittently over the next 6 weeks, with the same worker doing the project unsupervised. His work was so shoddy it had to be completely removed twice, after arguing with the agent over the phone. By **** the work had still not been done and they demand an additional $1200 or they wouldn't send out the worker. The work was "done" on a Sunday while we were at church, and they have not been in touch since. The work is shoddy and will probably have to be completely redone by another contractor. There work took 7 weeks to complete to this point, and is still far from correctly done. they also left their trash from remodeling in our gardens, and failed to put up essential exterior items such as our house numbers. There was never a contractor on site, and the agents refused to comet the house, dealing only with their contract worker, who walked off the work site in disgust several times. They have notified us that the agent we were trying to work with has been called up for military service in ****** and is no longer available.

    In April, 2023, I paid $7,000.00 to The Right Choice Remodeling for a wrought iron front yard fence. In August I reported to the Project Manager, *******, that the fence is rusting out. It was labor day weekend so he said he would contact me on his return to work. I waited and nothing. Approx. 2 wks later he Finally sent out a rep to take a video of the fence. After that again, he would not respond to my e-mail, text or phone vm. On 10/13, 2023, I asked to speak with a Mgr. "**************; said she would talk to *******. I asked (her) to call me the following Monday to let me know ho this issue would be addressed. I never heard from her so on ****/2023 I again asked to speak with her . She seemed surprised that ******* never called me. I reminded her that I expected to speak with HER as agreed. She put me on hold saying that she was going to call *******. After 12 mins on hold, "**********;, a scheduling person said ********* asked for him to give me the number for main office???? ************ is the main office. ***** said ******* is not answering his phone and they cant find him??To date no one has called me. I had to leave voice mail. ***** did mention that they could no longer help me because they have had complaints on *******. Thats why they referred me to the main #.My number has since been blocked so I can no longer get through to Right Choice manager and the "Main Office" has not reached out to me. ******* tried to say the water sprinklers were rusting the fence???!!! I told him wrought iron is treated to sustain wind, weather. after 5 months there should not be rust. They obviously installed non-treated exterior wrought iron. Please help me get action from this company. Thank you. I have all e-mail, text and phone documentation.

    Full explanation is in the attached pdf document. I have paid "The Right Choice" $30000 to date and feel that the remaining $3125 is not justified, given the quality and non-completion of quoted work. "The Right Choice" has basically been harassing me for two weeks demanding payment. All of the statements in the attached document are verifiable via the ************** ******************** I also have several photos and videos as verification. See attached document.

    On 5/2021 I contracted with *** to demo driveway and steps and install pavers. Recently I noticed the 3 bottoms step pavers were loose and able to be removed. This is a safety hazard. On 11/4/2022 I contacted ***,
    ******* assured me that I would be contacted within a day. As of yet have not heard from anyone at ***. Spent a total of ******* for this project.

    Signed contract to demo and rebuild ~600 sq ft addition, along with kitchen renovation and new flooring throughout entire house. Contract signed 4/1/21 for a total price of $132,111 and an approximate completion date of 4-6 months depending when plans are approved by the City. Plans were approved and ready 11/12/21 and project continues to be incomplete. The company has collected a total of $88,300, which far exceeds the amount of work that has been done. They collect payment for work that has not been completed or for material that has yet to be delivered, such as a $20,000 check for kitchen that has not even been touched nor is the cabinets or countertop delivered on site. They also collected payment for framing that remains incomplete and continues to fail city inspections. Framing work that was done by company does not follow plans that were drawn affecting the structure of our home by cutting into the trusses of our existing home. They are unable to provide us with any information on how they are going to fix these issues as they continue to have "no updates" for us and the last inspection was done 8/16/22. City inspectors have failed many inspections as the company failed to follow engineering plans and does not know how to have scheduled inspections actually ready, the hired contractor has not even been on site since 7/7/22. This project has been going on for 17 months and is not even close to being halfway finished due to the company's non-performance and there appears to be no urgency from the contractor to complete this project and owners of company have not returned any of our e-mails and phone calls. On 9/22/22, contractor was texted to get update on when work will be started at the project and received no answer and company's office was also called 3x with no answer. The company has collected the majority of payment for this project upfront while continuing to neglect the project and we need assistance in finding a resolution to finish this project.

    Although we have heard back from the business and the plan for the house was submitted to the city, we still do not have a schedule and timeline for when the project will be finished - a project that our agreement stated will be finished in 4-6 months and it is now approaching 1 year. There has also been no work done to the home for more than a month now and there is plenty of corrections required by the city that the business should already be working on. For these reasons, we cannot say that our issue has been resolved until we see action from the business that they are working on the project and it's completed.
