They were certain its on my order confirmation but they didnt realize I had screenshot my original order. Wit the correct address. Once caught in the lie the *** began to throw insults about my mother and refusing to refund or fix

    I paid Merchant 10 business days ago they never sent the items, they won't return any emails, they won't return any phone calls and have blocked and changed their phone number. They have ripped me off and I want a refund and to file a report against this company. After doing research I noticed this I am not the only one they have ripped off they do this a lot
