      Worst company EVER! Through my complex, *** forced to use this service. They make you schedule appointments that require you to get off work early, and then they never show up. And don't think that they're going to even TRY to right their wrong because it'll take you calling every single day for a week before you get any help from anyone.Because of all the issues, after a couple months of not being able to enjoy what I'm paying for, I was offered to be shipped a new box and I install it myself because theynever showed up after I took off work to make my appointment. Unfortunately, that box was messed up too, and they had to ship me another one. Tier 2 helped me to get the box going, but installing a new box caused my second box to stop working. They connected with DirectTV and determined someone from BAI would have to come and fix it.My appointment was for 7/8/2024, but we had a hurricane. I let this no call and no show slide because I understood the situation. I even gave BAI Connect an extra 2 weeks to try to reach out to me because I knew many were still struggling to get power and internet. I waited a FULL MONTH, and I finally called DirectTV to see if they would be willing to take care of me because BAI Connect could care less about their customers. They put *** on a conference call, and the guy advised a representative would give me a call back in a half hour to schedule my appointment... it's been a week...I finally emailed BAI to tell them how much I "appreciate being a valued customer", but as usual I'm sure it fell on deaf ears because not one single representative nor manager have contacted me to make things right! Why should they care since I'm forced to pay for their services anyway? ************* 100%

      This company is absolutely horrible!! Constant outages that last for days. Service is supposedly performed to fix the issue yet the outages still happen. My last e-mail to the customer service team went unanswered. Im currently on day three with no internet connection. This isnt the first time. The last outage lasted four days. I had one day of service and now, here I am with NO SERVICE AGAIN!!! Unfortunately, *** is the only option for my apt. community. *** is collecting payments each month but NOT delivering the service Im paying for! Someone needs to put them out of business after they refund us for getting nothing! 0/5 stars.

      If you see this company, absolutely run and don't look back (God forbid you work from home and need steady internet service)

      *************** trash ******** support and no one knows what's going on. Outage since Friday afternoon, called in and was told that it would be fixed within 24 hours. 24 hours later on Saturday, nothing happens and after calling in, was told it would be another 24 hours and was given the textbook spiel about how this is a top priority. After another 24 hours, was told it would take another 24 hours and was given the same script again. Called on Monday, 72 hours later, and was told there wasn't even a tech assigned ** the case and that it would take another 24 hours. Well, now it's Tuesday, and halfway through the day, I get a call after being forced ** find a place with wifi so that I could work that the wifi is fixed, only for me ** get home and find that it wasn't fixed and that they were still working on it, ** constantly power cycling my router ** check, and that it would take another 24 hours.

      So turns out for BAI Connect, service outages take can take at least a running 96 hours ** fix, with no timelines given or solutions offered. There wasn't even an update via email about the situation, or any attempts ** rectify the situation.

      I already had a few friends at other buildings drop the service because it was such a bad experience. I'm only forced ** use this by the building I'm in, but if I had the option, I'd even prefer the service I had with Spectrum over this BS ...

      I closed my account with *** almost a year ago because I moved away. Equipment returned, account officially closed, and I even received a credit for the overpayment. left in my account. Suddenly, almost an entire year later, I get a bill from them out of the blue, for internet services I do not have, at an apartment I do not rent or live in. Repeated messages ** their billing department go unanswered, and now I'm getting past due notices and still can't get a hold of anyone in their billing department. This company is a deplorable scam.
