    In October of 2021, I received a phone call from *********************** *************. This phone number showed up on my phone as originating from *************** **. In this phone call he said there was a buyer who wanted to buy our Getaway Exchanges that we hadnt used. He indicated that we had 8 weeks available and would pay $1800.00 per week. If I agreed to sell them he would be contacting me after working out the details with the buyer and preparing the paperwork. On November 22, 2021; ***** called again to say that the deal was settled and that he needed $4500.00 (this charge should be listed as a claim but is not included in any of the claim numbers listed) as a security hold since the payment for the weeks would be a Cashiers Check. Once I received the check and signed the paperwork and sent it back overnight, the $4500.00 would be refunded to me as a credit to my credit card. This type of phone call occurred multiple times throughout 2021,2022, and 1st quarter of **** always requesting another fee that would be refunded. See details on attached *** report. The money promised was never received and phone calls and emails are not returned or answered.
