      Total transaction amount was $4500, 4 payments were made, 14 Feb -$1666, 9 April 2024, 2 x $1250 and 12 April -$584, for ghostwriting and publishing services. The company has nor fulfilled its agreement of providing good quality copy to my instructions nor satisfaction, Have over promised and not delivered.See attached documents for full description of issues.

      The company has procrastinated the project. They do things with the writing that is in line with certain things. They give deadlines and don't meet them. I believe the communication could be better. I ask for the cover of the book to be perfected and specifically state what needs to be done and the cover is promised to be done the next day only to be delivered with things stated to be done not done and further more errors they took upon themselves. All they do is in line with others and the harassment I even receive from the public around the moment. I believe this all has been ruining not just me but my image as much as a lot of other things. The writing was pretty good however the finished product is way late and not declared. Overall I was hoping a relationship of gold and instead everything about this experience is trash. On top of this the book is not selling yet. So much ruined over countless years and this was not to add to that.

      I asked Eternal Ghostwriters to write a book for me in October. They were goin to charge me $1,200 for ******* the book, doing all that is needed to publish the book, advertisement, marketing, sales, Amazon placement, as well as audio book and publishing all. I agreed. Then they convinced me to write a series of three books instead of just one and they would give me a discount. They offred me to do ALL of the mentioned above for a total of $3,280.00 for ALL three books. I agreed and paid them. Week after week, they would send me chapters of the book which didn't resemble anything I talked to them about. I started ******* the first few chapters for them just to show them the direction of the book I want. They just couldn't do it. I asked for a refund and they refused. I even asked for a partial refund of $2,800.00 They refused to give me any money. I offered that I help them re-write the book with a different writer than the one I was working with and they refused to do so as well. They don't want to resolve the issue or work with me at all and no refund of any kind. This is CREAZY.

      Over the past number of months, since entering into the Eternal Agreements, I have been in continuous contact with Eternal to communicate her disappointment with Eternals performance of its services and the quality of work provided to her by Eternal. This correspondence is recorded through various emails of this correspondence exemplifying my dissatisfaction with Eternals service. Despite responding to most of my communications, Eternal has consistently failed to rectify this situation and fulfil its contractual obligations as under the Eternal Agreements. In dealing with Eternal, them I have been patient and cooperative and has given the company ample time to correct this situation. However, at present, due to Eternals severe inadequacies, and its ongoing breaches of the Eternal Agreements and unwillingness to remedy them, I am now demanding a full refund of all sums paid to Eternal, which is in full right to receive pursuant to the terms of the Eternal Agreements.

      Sophisticated scammers. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Eternal Ghostwriting. The bank also won't help you, you'll lose your money, banks will incompetently do an investigation, merchant like to the bank many times. The website is eye catching, and the 80% off your book writing is eye catching, but don't let it fool you. All Indian people, all with very generic names such as *********************, *****************************, to name a few, I believe they are trying to conceal their identities. I was told $1,375 was the total of my book, I specifically asked multiple times if they would ask for money in the future, are there any hidden fees, etc, etc. I was told no multiple times from the merchant. Go figure after trusting them and paying the $1,375 they then send a document with marketing, etc. details ranging from several thousands of dollars up to $10,000 and when I got a itch at that point that it was a scam, and I didn't feel comfortable with paying anything because I was told I wouldn't have to pay anything else, I refused and the lady gave me attitude and was extremely pushing which only made that itch more unbearable. I was upset I had already paid what I had paid and being asked for more in which I was told they wouldn't. The ladies one email address was linked to a different ghostwriting company which when I Googled it, there was lots of complaints about scams. The other thing I don't like that this company does is they have everything on 360projectmanager portal, "their portal" essentially, I feel they could close up shop if they needed to very easily, and the rest would be history. I asked many times to keep communication on text/email, many times my request being ignored, and dodged. It doesn't make you feel good as a paying customer. My book is also very sensitive with information, and I only reached out because I tried writing my book as a creative outlet in dealing with my trauma, but I couldn't. So much to say that I couldn't because limited in how much I can write here.

      I started my project with this company Eternal Ghostwriting. I was mislead to believe this company was official to ghost write my book. I was given opportunity to review the Chapter 1 of my book project. It wasnt at all what I vision plus we discussed my book details/input. The feedback that I shared on yesterday 4/25/23 was unsatisfactory. I wasnt happy at all that my chapter 1 wasnt impressive at all, the grammar and vocabulary was for primary education grade level. Also I specifically asked that my book be Spiritual ************************ Book to help people healed through their journey. The writer did the total Opposite he didnt produce what I wanted. So when I shared with the Team Manager Ms. ********* ********************* they ignored me. I kept calling their website chat, numbers and emails they didnt care to respond right back they kept me waiting for long hours. When Ms. ***** responded she acted very argumentative and unprofessional towards my feelings and concerns about my project so I requested for my refunded by email earlier that day since the ignoring was happening. Mr. ********************* was the main person that initially build rapport with me and assigning me to a suppose to be the Top Best Seller Writers Team. When I emailed him with my feedback of honesty he never responded but once. He did regarded my Refund Request. Also Ms. ***** eventually called me to talk with aggressive tone and defensive attitude because of my honest feedback. I had to continue telling her and explaining that I dont want to move forward anymore with business because I felt completely violated and uncomfortable trusting them on my book project. She didnt want to refund me my money at first, then I told her that I was given contract information and verbal agreement that Mr. **** stated 100% Guaranteed Refund Policy if not satisfied with the beginning project. I didnt feel that my project was heading towards success when the first chapter and details were autobiography
