      Impressed with Evolve Construction & Restoration, start to finish. Most impressed with the staff from the estimator, the crew, the office folks to the company owner who even got personally involved. Workmanship was top notch and so pleased with the final result. Best yet, any concerns were promptly and cordially handled. I recommend Evolve Construction & Restoration highly.

      I hired this company based on positive reviews both personally and here in BBB. From meeting with Supervisor **************** to connecting with office personnel with questions, I was impressed with their professionalism and willingness to answer all my questions with such detail. Workers arrived early and efficiently completed the job and cleaned ** in record time!!! ****** told me this was his best crew and their proficiency proved it. It is so refreshing to place your trust in a good company and know the workmanship is quality. Evolve Construction & Restoration is the best.

      I just got a new roof put on by Evolve Construction & Restoration and am extremely satisfied, it looks beautiful. Everyone from ********************** and **** were very friendly and helpful. The quality of work was outstanding and I was amazed on how hard the workers worked in such heat. They worked very hard all day and did a fantastic job cleaning up at the end. I highly recommend them!

      My mother which is 89 had a guy come by her house by the name of **** now he no longer works for Evolve. Been waiting on a roof since the end of **** cannot get a call back every time now, we have another guy that i finally was able to talk to by the name of ************************* he said the roof would be on within the next month well still no roof. He will not return any of our calls anymore. I beginning to think this company is a scam. Called the main number of the company they will always get back with you but never do. Of course, they have my mom's insurance has already paid them also.

      What a professional company. They were very fast to act after my home was severely damaged by a major hailstorm April of 2023.. I had leaking and shingles missing and everything was a mess!! I was praying all night that I would get help and have my home restored to the same condition.. To my surprise I had a very nice young gentleman knock on my door offering a free inspection to document storm damages, I figured good for this guys getting out and working.. why not. So I let the man do his inspection and I watched thoroughly as he very cautiously and carefully checked over my entire property from inside out. He told me he could help get the insurance to cover everything he even said that he could get my fence replaced as that had been blown over. I was very hesitant, however his confidence he could help was reassuring. So we filed an insurance claim and he took care of everything on the phone for me and then presented some agreements stating that if he got the approval from the insurance, that his company (evolve construction) would be the ones doing the work for whatever the insurance said it was going to cost.. it was really reassuring that my only exposure was a 1k deductible.. within a week insurance came out. Approved the roof, and another week later I was choosing colors for roof,siding,gutters,window,interior,and fence after another 2 weeks I had materials and a week later I had a roof. All in all the process took around 2 months. I never called or bothered them and they did an OUTSTANDING job and were very professional in making sure I was taken care of. They kept me in the loop, however certain parts of the process took longer, but Im glad I had faith and chose evolve.9.5/10 I will be recommending this company to my parents, other family, and friends.Once again. GREAT SERVICE.

      I signed a contract with Evolve on Feb 2. Here it is Sep 14th and my roof isn't done. So far I've paid over 12,000 dollars. I have 5 different numbers for the 5 people that came to my house on different occasions to collect money. I've been trying to call them text message them but everyone seems to be ignoring my phone calls and not returning any of my calls. I'm highly upset and to be honest they breached the contract. If I would have went with the first company that I came in contact with instead of allowing them to talk me into going with them my roof would have been fixed by now. Oh and not to mention my new home has occurred alot of water damages due to this situation and they sent someone over to take pictures but yet still nothing.

      Had a terrible experience at Evolve outpatient in Danville. My daughter had just finished residential treatment and she started their PHP program. At first things were good, but less than 2 weeks in I got a call from the director (we will call her "J") informing me my child had tested positive for meth & that they had made all arrangements for to go to residential treatment in ********** that afternoon. They got approval from my insurance and I was told to pack a bag and come pick her up. I was in shock to say the least! Once my daughter was informed of what was happening and why, she panicked and ran. She called me from her cell scared and crying hysterically. "J" called the police and gave ***** while I was on my way and I stayed on the phone so I could listen to what was happening until arrived. I heard "J" saying horrible things to the police about my child, right in front of her!! Plus, none of it was true, she was trying to get my daughter put on a 72hr psychiatric hold. The police refused because they could find no legal reason to do so. After things calmed down and I spoke to my daughter and other staff members there, "J" said that she wouldn't allow my child back unless I took her to the ** immediately to be evaluated for her mental status. Wait...Allow her back??! Wasn't she to go to residential? She was fine before being told about all this so no ** visit, she had been through enough. At that point I had lost faith in "J" because of her sudden 180. I took my traumatized child home with nowhere to go for outpatient. I emailed staff with my dismay of how this was handled, and how I was offered no other options & how they arranged everything without my knowledge or consent. Their response wasn't as I had hoped. The WORST part is that after lab confirmation days later, my daughter was actually NEGATIVE for meth. They made these rash decisions on an ASSUMPTION. This was 100% avoidable if they has just waited for the final results. Shameful.
