    Purchased the item on December 15, 2022:: 12 month warranty. Seller will not honor the warranty. Wrote to them and they are claiming all at her things could have happened but they claim they are not sure. I am requesting a replacement as I feel there was a manufacturer problem. We do provide a 12 month warranty against manufacture defects only, not against wear and tear or accidents! To stretch the window ** it could be if the wallet was left in a very hot or direct sun or it is possible when you load the wallet and place it in the back pocket and sit on it on the side, this can also cause the ** window to stretch and form the bubbling, but it is hard to tell.
