    I've submitted a request for a refund for a purchase I made but never received the end product. I was told that I'd get the refund but then I never heard back from them. I've tried contacting them several times through their terrible online chat bot but just made to sit their forever on end without any updates, any notice. Their customer support is terrible and they will take your money and provide no service and then not refund your money as they say they will.

    I can't easily cancel or delete my account! I've tried and looked for a delete account button but i keep getting the runaround. it is ridiculous that this isn't easy.

    Would never do business again with any site that uses Xsolla for their payments!!! They are the ONLY company that has refused to refund for an advance auto-payment. This should be illegal!!! I'm a student and explained this to them, and they couldn't care less. The site I was using (Type Racer) also has no account management tools to indicate subscription status or cancel your subscription, and they just refer you to the Xsolla site which also has no easy way to cancel your subscription either like most sites do. Well, Xsolla - I'm now going to lose you at least as much money as the payment you took and refused to refund.

    I have been robbed ***** per month for a year from this company. I have NEVER USED THIS COMPANY nor did I ever sign up for their services. I contacted customer service and they refused to refund me a cent back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

    This company didn't send me my steam code and then proceeds to keep asking for proof of payment before they are willing to refund or resend the code. Issue is i sent them the info through their chat and to the support email they provided but they still cant seem to do anything other thank ask for the same info again. We went around in circles for over an hour. This is clearly a scam so i filled a charge back on my card through my bank.

    Xsolla is one of those companies that banks on gambling addiction with their games, using psychological profiling and research to create products that take advantage of people. They overcharge for worthless digital products, have poor customer service, and flat out refuse to refund money when they charge you for something and then don't give it to you. This company is utter garbage and should not be trusted.

    Considering that the feed back option is broken it's kind of useless. Also, the 'help' on Xsolla's site is simply automated junk, or simply canned responces which loop people in circles instead of ever resolving anything. The practices and business ethics of the company are questionable at best, and possibly border on criminal depending on the country. The businesses comment is a perfect example of one of it's canned responces which refuses to acknowledge it's problems and wrong doings just to direct people to a site and process which do not actually work.

    Been playing their greedy game for years now waiting for it to go back to getting semi-better. (It goes back and forth with it's play-ability). Used the wrong payment method on a in game pack and got nothing but sarcasm and vague turn-around-times for when I will actually be assisted/reviewed. DO NOT expect help. They go out of their way to be unhelpful. If you wanna throw away your money, you'd probably have more fun burning it in your backyard. Don't give it to these money hungry, horrible people. I beg of you.

    In my years of playing Stardoll (since 2013) I have never had an issue with payments till now. In July 2024, my monthly subscription for ******* was charged from my card but my account was on basic membership. I contacted Xsolla and they said According to our records, your payment was successful and has been credited to your account. You may verify it on your account. Although ********************** delivers payments instantly, please note that it may take some time for the purchase to be applied to your account. If you are still not seeing the delivery, please contact the service support.I went the whole month of July with no membership on my account so I disputed the charge. When I disputed the charge, Xsolla restricted me from making any purchases on ******** for security reasons . Like why you restricting me when you guys literally robbed me of a service I paid for ???????I contacted ******** about all of this matter and they said Sorry to hear you are having trouble with the Xsolla payments. Please contact Xsolla support and explain the problem you are having to them, as they are there for you 24/7 to help with issues like this one. You can live chat with them or send them a message and they resolve any issues or questions you may have. So yeah I'm ****** at Xsolla and Stardoll for not caring about their loyal customer ??
