    Transaction date October 20th, 2023. Ordering KetoBites Keto+ ACV Gummies Weight Loss Support 525 MG. From a Facebook Ad, stating 3 bottles for $39.99. I never received a shipping confirmation number or E/Mail with a tracking number. I was informed that this could POSSIBLY be FRAUD. I called the alert number, from my Bank. In talking with them, instead of charging me $39.99, the company charged me, $239.99. I had thought that my bank was going to cancel the transaction. After received the pills on November 1st, 2023. I spoke with my bank, again found out they did not Cancel that transaction. Called customer service number ###-###-#### I spoke with Jeff, from the company. After going round and round Jeff, he said would reduce the charge to $120.00. I feel this was not explain well in the Ad, along with the NO RETURN POLICY/NO CANCELATION. I had only asked for 3 bottles and received 5. I want my full amount returned! I need your HELP to STOP them. I hoping for the payment back to my account of $120.00. Plus the other $120.00 with NO remaining charges of any kind. This is what my bank sent me in the Alert: 20Oct $239.00 ASSUREL * ABS Simi Valley CA.

    I have no idea who this person is or the company that she is referring too that billed her. I have never heard of KetoBites Keto+ ACV Gummies or ASSUREL * ABS Simi Valley CA. I wonder where she got my companies information in regards to her transaction. We do not have any companies with that name or that type of business. I hope she works it out with her bank and the company that sold her the weight loss product. I would recommend her contacting her bank again and they should be able to give her the companies name and a contact phone number to contact them again.

    I am rejecting this response because: This is the information given to me by my bank.They credited $120.00 to my account. If they hadn't done that, how would I get the information. They say that they have not heard of Keto Gummies, why do they state that is was a weight loss drug.

    We process credit cards for merchants. This is not one of our merchants. None of our merchants sell weight loss products. That is considered a high risk business and we do not deal with those type of merchants. We are an agent for CardConnect. CardConnect has many agents throughout the United States. What bank gave you our information pertaining to your transaction? 
    I would refer you to CardConnects corporate office and they may be able to track down the company that is handling your transaction and you can contact them to resolve this issue for you. 1 (877) 828-0720
