    No stars. I needed a refund on a payment i placed by mistake when i meant to submit a partial payment. So i called gci and went thru the whole process and they said my request was submitted and approved and would arrive within 7-10 business days. Its now day 8 since my initial request for a refund and just yesterday (7-15-24) they tried to say it was denied. They then submitted another request and said it was approved and would arrive within another 7-10 business days. So here i am calling daily about my refund and being lied to. They refuse to let me speak to a supervisor and i need to file a complaint.
