    My complaint is the same as the other complaints listed here.. They call and call and call. I sent in writing a DO NOT CALL. The salesman is pushy, does not give complete details or prices. They won't make good on returns that are not what was discussed. Their prices are not competitive. I can get items locally at a price that is way lower than theirs. I emailed them when this last purchase arrived and did not get a response until the 3rd letter. And when he called he was rude and made it clear the bill was my responsibility. I told him to remove us completely from their listings and DO NOT CALL AGAIN. I would give a 0 stars if that was an option.

    They will not stop calling. Anna called twice in the last two weeks, giving false information that she was late for a call with our Chief. Today, I have received four calls from them including Anna. I asked her to remove us from their call list and that I have forwarded her information to our staff if we wish to order. Shortly after her call the fourth call from Golden West came in from a gentleman. I explained to him I have requested to be removed from their call list. After we hung up, another call was received with the gentleman mocking me in the background.

    Will not stop calling and harassing me to purchase more stuff. I've asked several time for them to stop calling, and put us on the federal do not call list. Do not do business with these people. It is a scam.

    Much like the other reviews, I have had the same issues. Unprofessional, pushy, and down right rude sales people. I even had one of them hang up on me after I declined to purchase a several thousand dollar product they were trying to "offer" me. Also, the prices are not at all competitive.
    I finally asked them to place us on their do not call list, which they have violated multiple times. I finally threatened legal action if they did not stop harassing staff with their multiple calls.
    There are definitely better companies out there with better products and way more professional sales people. Would give 0 stars if that was an option.

    I don't do business with them anymore, haven't for years. They are very aggressive and call multiple times a week. There are other companies out there that do a way better job of selling similar products but better customer service.
