    FAILED OIL PUMP PICK UP TUBE..IT Broke and they're not Taking care of issues and Ignoring me.

    Milodon has spoken in detail with the customer. An agreement has been reached and we are sending him a check for the $4500 probably this week. His new parts and his original oil pan has also been returned back to him.

    A part was purchased well before Christmas with the guarantee it would be sent out by the 20th. On the 20th they told me they may have a delay and they will let me know. I never heard from them again when they said they had the part just needed to paint it, and they would get it in the mail. It is now been over a month and they will not answer my calls or emails.

    Your shipment left Feb 7th and is due to deliver the 12th, tomorrow.

    You called us late Friday afternoon on the 20th so really too late to do anything. Then we spoke on Christmas eve and everyone was out for the holidays at that time. We don't do plating here and the plater was totally closed until after the New year. Timing was not great on this order and we are sorry for the delay.

    Ordered parts on 3/30/2024 $377.61 taken via paypal
    No mention of backorder.
    Tried e-mailing several times with no response.
    Filed a paypal claim in May to be informed the parts are backordered until July and if I wanted to wait or not.
    (Which, I chose to wait)
    Their website boldly states "if a part will be back ordered more than 2 weeks, they will contact the customer and let them know if they can find it anywhere in stock, or how long to expect the back order"
    Called at the beginning of August and the guy told me "the parts are made, sitting on the table in front of me, awaiting finishing and heat treating and should be to you within the next 2 weeks"
    Call again today to be informed "the metal they got was bad, so those were never built, we're expecting the materials by end of october" AND "we don't heat treat parts anymore"
    I want a full refund immediately as the company has not made any effort beyond taking my money, has lied to me twice now at least and now my PayPal claim can't be re-opened as the company promised to make things right upon paypal claim, (which they never did.)

    Sorry these items were not available. Customer was told these run only once a year and are hard to get. No one else has them in stock either. Customer caller Sept 23rd and asked for a refund. That refund request was processed through Paypal that day Set 23rd at 5:00pm. We returned in full his order when he stated he did not want to wait any longer the same day he requested.

    I ordered SBC small journal splayed main caps and front cap through JEGS manufactured by Milodon. I was told they were going to be completed and shipped by the end of March '23. When I didn't receive I called Milodon directly and spoke to Tom (I believe the owner) who told me they were running behind and they would be completed by the end of April. I called again at the beginning of May and spoke to him again and he said they were done being machined and just had to go out to be coated...that I'd have them by the end of May/beginning of June. It's now mid June and I called and spoke to Tom again who told me they are set up to be made on the next production run! I asked why he lied to me two months ago telling me they had already been run and just needed to be coated to which he gave some BS answer. I told him I'd be placing a complaint about his business. I could have had someone else make these parts I need in less than six weeks from order and yet he has held me hostage with lies since late in '22!

    The good news is that your order through Jegs has shipped today via UPS Ground. This was not because of your complaint but rather moved through production as we noted to you.

    Yes your order came in Nov 22nd  2022. Demand is high on these and we produce main caps continuously. It as we stated took some time to get to the caps that you needed. At this time the two bolt front cap is not on the production schedule so we will cancel that for you. The 11050 center cap set is the major strength improver and that should get your engine to the builder finally. Sorry for the delay.
