    I really wish there was a zero bit unfortunately 1 was the lowest possible review. My experience with Alexander has been absolutely horrible and shocking at the same time . They prided themselves on customer service so I decided to give them my business I purchased a used 2022 gmc Denali diesel truck I did my inspection and things looked great the assured me that the carfax was clean and there was no issues however I couldn't pick up the car for a couple days because they had to clean it up and do the safety inspection . I should have waited to see the final product but I took their word for it and went ahead with the deal . 30 mins after picking up the truck I noticed that the windshield had a crack in it and called immediately with no response over and over I called and got nowhere I then proceeded to put my first tank of fuel in on day two and realized the rear quarter panel of the truck was scuffed and dented to the tune of 4500$ I called again and still no response from the dealer I'm not exactly sure when this happened if it was during that safety inspection or if it was already there but either way I'm stuck with it now . They still have never called me back and sadly after spending 45000$ on a newer vehicle I never got that warm fussy new car feeling the support has been horrible and my overall experience was completely garbage I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and feel that once they get your money they are done with you factory warranty or certified means nothing to them . They did give me a car to use during the 2 days which was a 2016 vw golf that I drove without insurance or good brakes for two days because they wanted to take my 2020 accord hybrid as a trade in which was odd they just seemed to really want to get the deal signed so were willing to do whatever before the purchase it was after that they could care less about me .
