    123InkJets are all frauds!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY! Save yourself the aggravation and frustration and the time and energy from ordering anything from this company. This company will charge your credit card multiple times without sending any items to your home. This company will take your order and say that they're going to send your item and your item will not arrive. If you ask their customer service which of their ink is best for your printer they will give you the wrong information. They're not knowledgeable and compassionate. 123INKJETS ARE THIEVES!!!! If you do order from them then make sure your credit card company is willing to go to bat for you! I have screenshots of everything and can email you proof about this company!
    Please cover yourself and keep all documentation, email and etc when dealing with tese thieves!! I placed an order, which I had to cancel because they assured me that the ink WOULD WORK with my email only for them to send me a email hours later stating that it in fact would not... Replaced the order because PayPal had a 10$back promo code for STEALING OVER 40$....
    ...I replaced the 1st order with the different ink cartridges and that was processed on my card.. only to find out that they charged my card the following day AGAIN FOR A DIFFERENT AMOUNT THE FOLLOWING DAY MAKING ME IN THE NEGATIVE WITH MY CARD COMPANY.. THEY RAN MY CARD WITHOUT MY CONSENT AGAIN!! I STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ANY HELP FROM THEM RESOLVING THIS ISSUE AND THERE HAS VEEN NO RESOLUTION YET!!!!

    A completely unacceptable transaction. I placed an order for a "bundle" of 4 ink cartridges. I rec'd a package after 2 weeks but there was only 1 of the 4 cartridges. Called customer service. I was told the others are on the way. 2 weeks later only 1 of the remaining 3 cartridges arrived. Called customer service. I was told the other 2 are on the way. My printer had now run out of ink. I called customer service to cancel the entire order. They cancelled the 2 cartridges that had not arrived and sent a return tag which they said would be refunded as soon as they rec'v the return. 1-1/2 months later no refunds had appeared. Called customer service. I spent approx. 2 hours over 3 customer service calls. The last one (45 min.) they said a refund should show minus their shipping costs, $5.99, so they could make a profit on this failed ink order that only 1/2 of which was received after 4 weeks and then entirely returned unopened. The agent agreed with me that this was unfair but would not agree to satisfy this customer by absorbing a measly $5.99. A completely unacceptable transaction.

    2 orders never reeived. l left 3 voicemail messages and 2 emails,....nothing has happened.
    I would advise not to purchase from this place....ever

    Customer service is non existent. You can call all day long from 6:00am to closing and never get answered. No reply to email or comment on website. I will never use this company again.
    Rating should be a negative number.

    123Inkjets takes your money without providing product. When continually attempting to get your toner you are on hold and/or never get a call back. I am going to be filing with the states attorney office if I do not hear from them in 24 hours. They are scam artists and this is a case of buyers beware as they can not and do not produce the product they have easily taken your money for. There is no business ethics anymore.

    I discovered that there was fraudulent use of my debit card through Google pay and multiple purchases had been made from this company. Today I received toner cartridges that I did NOT order and have been trying to contact this business now for an hour. No one answers the phones and it's impossible to contact them. Hopefully my bank will have better luck and thank fully I have a police report listing them as one of the recipients of stolen funds. Shop with these clowns at your own risk.
