All sales made through Simi Sportscards are final. Given the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds after a purchase has been made. Despite our no-refund policy, we understand that exceptional situations can occur with regard to the character of the product we deliver. Therefore, on certain occasions, at our sole discretion, we may offer store credit. Such store credit will be equivalent to the purchase price of your product and may be used towards future purchases at Simi Sportscards.
