    On or around December 13th 2023 I noticed my storage door not closing on further investigation I found part of the door rail had come lose preventing me from properly closing the door. I reached out to on site management was told they would speak to owners. When I received a call back I was told I can change units I said this would be fine provide the help pay for moving company to help me move a massive storage unit filled with items such as refrigerator, couches weight lifting weights. To much for me to do on my own. Management said the owners would not be willing to help me out and said it would be a long time before someone could inspect the unit.
    During my inspection of the door on or around December 13th I found water damage in my unit on very important documents that have now grown black mold. I expressed to management that there was water damage I also took photos. I was told the same thing it was my responsibility to move the unit. It's now January 14th iv received no update on a repair date no help with moving and have found water damage in the back of storage coming up fro the floor under the unit. I've spoke to management at least 4 times and there is no resolution other than to move my unit myself and increase fees to hire people to move my unit
