  The Tax Defense Group has been a part of my tax plan for many years now. They do not disappoint. They are responsive, thorough, and very helpful throughout the tax process. I would not hesitate to use them with all your tax needs!

  stay away from this company. They are expensive and they provide horrible service. they took over a year with my case, and did nothing to help my case with the IRS. they provided no help or value. after ignoring my emails I had to contact the IRS myself to take care of what they werent. IRS tells me they have no notes of anyone working on my case or a POA on file which means they werent working with the IRS to solve my problem. then tax defense group stopped replying to my emails and calls calling me a liar and saying a breached contract. they are very unprofessional but nice and kind to get your payments. I would consider looking for another company or calling IRS directly they were more helpful than the tax defense group.

  I have had 2 different people work on my case, I’ve sent countless docs (twice) I’ve had no direction, other than payment vouchers for over $7000.00 in one month. They never reached and said “can you afford this”? How is this help? I’ve emailed countless times asking for help and get the same email every time “I hope this email finds you well! Blah blah blah” and if you want proof I can send the email, “we need this, that and other”, after I have sent it twice!!! Now I emailed back telling them I don’t have the means to pay over $7,000 to the IRS!!! How are they defending me? I sent the email of distress at 11:00am and it is now 7:00pm and nothing. Keep I mind these payments are due in 5 days. These payments I don’t have and will put me on the streets and lose my job.

  Oh my God. I contacted this Agency in April 2021, since IRS was reaching out they would place a lien on my weekly paycheck and bank accounts. I contacted them in good faith effort to find a solution to help me obtain options. It's total waste of money paid in honorary services that resulted in nothing for me. The cost that I paid which was over $3200.00 - I could have sent this amount directly to the IRS to establish a payment plan on my own. Completely was mislead and I trusted the verbal commitment of Jorge - when I had several initial conversations, which took place starting back in April 2021 for their service, since your employee insisted "don't worry - we are going to help you with the IRS because we have worked with them for a long time and we will get you options."! Never was there a distinct and clear information that this agency was only representing me for only Federal. When we talked about IRS - it was about both. Otherwise - I would have taken this money and sent IRS a check and tried to establish my own installment plan. I still have the debt with IRS and interest rates adding up. I complied with providing the agency all IRS documents and have tried to keep a regular level of conversation, at times not successful in speaking with anyone. No options have been offered. I owe federal and state taxes. The tax bill continues to grow over time in fees, etc. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, TOTALLY MISLEADING!!!! They didn't help with anything that was initially promised and I ended up having to contact the IRS myself finally to get anything resolved. Terrible waste of money, overall $3200 that was thrown away because of this company on top of what I owed the IRS already......****** G.
