Good afternoon, I purchased 17 tickets for my family to attend the ***************** connection this coming Saturday and was never informed that if I did not purchase parking that I would not be able to go back in and purchase discounted parking without purchasing an additional ticket. The venue is offering Promotions on national concert week, but when I have tried to purchase parking tickets with that promotion, the only option I am given is to purchase an additional ticket for the event as well. Had I been informed prior to purchasing my tickets that I would not be able to go back in and purchase parking at the discounted rates, I would have purchased at the time of my purchase.

On August 19, 2023 ***************** had a concert at the Glen Helen amphitheater. I purchase two tickets for the concert ($339) two tickets to the pre show ($50), and one premium parking ticket ($75) equaling to $538 after all taxes and fees. Leading up to the event, I was constantly on the lookout for any information regarding this pre-show party. Therefore, I started looking on their ******** page (Glen Helen Amphitheater). Then, they posted about some free pre party. I left constant comments asking if this was separate from the pre show that I PAID for. Even though they would respond to some comments, they wouldnt comment on any of mine. I finally received a response either the day before or day of the concert stating that the pre show would be held at the *** club. Since I know I didnt have *** tickets, I was hesitant but trusted they knew what they were talking about. I talked to about 6 employees and they either didnt know what I was talking about or would also tell me to go to the *** club. We finally made our way down to the *** club and they denied me access. They said its only for *** pass holders for that venue and if I dont have anything that says *** on it, I cant go in. Therefore, I was promised this pre show that I PAID for, but either that show never happened or their employees were not given training on who is to be allowed in this party. Now, live nation is telling me that Glen Helen amphitheater is refusing to provide any refunds for any reason. Not to mention, their premier parking was a joke, as it took three hours to even leave the venue because they dont have any type of system on exiting their venue!
