  I really hate me and my childs experience has to be spent this way. I am neq to this and i absolutely hate this is what I've experienced. ******* and **** make women wish they could take the abuse from the other parents. I spoke to several parents that feel the same way. The other parent is assigned supervised visitation because of wrong doing but the custodial parent is treated like we are offenders. They are not properly informing custodial parents of important information regarding visitation. If you ask a question you get no answers. And the other parents cancelations are not being properly recorded. I send emails with no response. I bring my child here I'm supposed to feel safe doing so. The staff is dishonest and display no integrity or empathy. I feel they are unethical and try to antagonize parents that are vulnerable to their service. **** or ******* refuses to give any information for her supervisors and the treatment from staff is ridiculous.

  I left one review and now this is the updated review. I left my review on all review sites. After a month of my review being up, I receive a threatening email from Asante family service. Saying….. I appreciate your emails on Yelp and the Better Bussiness site. Do you want me to respond publicly putting your child abuse online? so now they are threatening to post personal information up. All because I left a review. So I left all my reviews on Google Yelp and bbb with photos on the website. I also made myself clear on my case. Since they want to expose personal information I had to expose my own personal information since they’re that low down dirty to do stuff like that. I also want to make this aware that if they’re willing to do this, imagine how many lives this place has destroyed from putting lies in reports. This has all started because Jessica and Mary lied, in a report saying that I was cussing and using profanity. And treating my kids with the most unprofessional attitude. Now, to get my review taken down, they have tried to threaten me.

  Mary who says she is the Director failed and refuses to give me information on her supervisor. She treated me so rude and unfairly. She told me she didn’t care about a court order. She allowed the parent who I have a criminal protective order against walk right past me she lies. She is not honest, she is so mean and unprofessional I need help

  So basically, I will tell every single body to stay away from this place. This place will lie. It will treat your kids like shit. They will smile in your face but once the money stop and you tell them you’re going to be leaving. They will put stuff in your report to make you look bad. I read all my reports. And let me tell you this most of them don’t knew English. You have jessica. Who is a disrespectful 20 some year old. woman who lies on the reports. To the point my kids didn’t want to some back. I called to let them know reporting. Guess who laughed in my face. Mary!!! Oh yea she did I heard her own the phone laughing like it’s a joke. Now these people are playing with their customers life. The last before court I did my visit and is was by far the worst visit with the racist Jessica. Who lie about everything in her report. First time her watching me and my kids. And treated us like trash. And can’t even spell my sons name right or even read and write right. To make me look bad she lies. And said I said f****** rules. Never said anything. But they like to play these games to make sure I don’t get my kids. Let me make this clean. This place is for people who live off the country. Get **** for free!! Not a place for somebody who makes good money. They changed me more then anybody who don’t work. I spend over 5k to see my kids and do my classes. All to get at the end is to be lie on about something I didn’t say or do. Mary and her stuff bother sister Jessica etc whoever they are is a joke. These are people I would never want my kids around. Let me make this also clear your lies won’t stop me for fighting for what’s right. I also want to make this clear when I get my visits Jessica was the one who basically told my daughter that she was not allowed to bring in the backpack because she did not want my daughter to steal their toys. Which and I’m gonna make this very clear I can afford probably double what each and every single person in that make.
