      I sent the following email to karmaloop.com after the clothes I bought were too small. I have sent back clothes that are too small for me. I have included a packing list in the package (contains ***** tracking # and packing list with the same instructions). It explains what needs to be done with the clothes when they arrive at your facility tomorrow.Just to reiterate the packing list details, I need the following completed with the return please:1. All shirts need to be exchanged for XL,2. Paradox jeans need to be exchanged for size 38x32,3. Fusion jeans need to be refunded (249.99).I never received a refund for the jeans. ***************************, via shiekhstores.zohodesk.com, informed me that a claim has been filed with *****. What? Why? It was clearly delivered with no issues. Weeks later, I contact her again requesting an update. Nothing. I contacted her again for an update. Nothing. Two weeks later I received this email from her:We do apologize for any inconvenience. When an item is missing, you would need to reported as soon as the package was received. Since it took a long time to report the items missing. We could no longer assist you.What!! I reported the jeans missing the same day I received them. This company is a theft and they have some shady business practices. I'm contacting the fraud agency and reporting them.

      Still have not shipped my order 10 days after charging my account. Couldnt tell you about the quality as they will be returned as soon as i receive them whenever that *** be. Too late to give to my son for christmas and absolutely no remedy such as expedited shipping or even an anticipated shipping date given by customer service. Not even an apology for the delay. I will never order from this company again.

      Shipping is not clear when a order is placed. I placed an order on 12/09 on a Saturday release date and paid over $25 in required shipping fees. I called customer service on 12/18 to check the status. The representative stated that the item was no in the warehouse and had to be shipped from a store to the warehouse. She stated that the warehouse has until 12/22 to receive the item. After the item will be shipped to you in 2 days. The representative reminded me that only business day count so the order should arrive around the 27th or 28 which is after Christmas. This was not stated on the website. If you place a order today, 12/18, it states that it will not arrive by Christmas. I was not given that courtesy. I place the order on 12/09 for 12/11 and was told it would arrive after Christmas. The representative only offered to refund the purchase when asked why the shipping policy was not clear.

      I won a park of shoes on shiekh app and it’s been processed so therefore my debit has been charged. It’s been 6 days & I have not got any update on my order and I called customer service & the agent stated that it takes about 7-10 days for my order to be shipped. But she also said the reason why it is taking longer than expected is because the warehouse are out of stock with the size that I’ve won. But if that’s the case why are they charging me for it??? They’re not even sure if they will be receiving my shoes size. I read lots of bad reviews about this particular shoe company. I begged and asked if you guys can help me and all of those who are effected by this company.

      I ordered the Jordan’s shoes, they shipped pretty quick, i received a notification from Ups they were delivered. I have a front door camera. It never showed the truck or the driver arrived. I put a lost claim with ups, they investigated and said because the ups driver said he left at my front door my case was closed. I never received my shoes. I called sheik they said they gonna open another claim. It has been a month have not heard from them. I paying for shoes I don’t have. Please don’t buy from them horrible CS
