    I went in for a patch repair on my tire , and specifically asked for a patch but after they did the job they said they only do plugs . Plugs are only temporary fixes and they can come out after a few miles of driving . I told them that they messed up my tire and they didnt care

    We went ahead and fixed the tire as requested. If the consumer did not request an inside patch that is not our fault, we went ahead and fixed the tire. We do not fix tires with patches at our business. If he would have informed us that he wanted a patch from the start we would have informed him that we do not provide patches we do plugs and we would have not provided him with our services. The tire was not messed up when he left our location b/c if we would have messed it up he would have not been able to leave our shop.
