    They're vaping products have not been working for me lately and they give you issues on returning them I've already gone in there twice and my products have not worked.

    This business has very poor CS/customer service representatives as they are immature young adults who verbally abuse & mistreat their customers who are wiser at 40/yrs plus years older. These CS rep did not greet customers as they were eating potato chips watching the movie Dumb & Dumber. They packed a fragile glass item that I purchased as a gift, handed cash to the rep & upon opening the packed item, it was broke. When I made a uturn to show broken piece off item, the CS rep would not take accountability for the accident as it broke during packed wrap from BLINK CS rep. The reps threatened me with calling cops, had store manager Alfredo on the phone but rep refused to allow me to speak w/manager. I left, went to another shop & thank God for financial blessings. I will NOT recommend this service to NO ONE unless you want to fall for their TACTICS. When asked what the CS names are the young male adult wearing a black cap states they will know who I am & young female rep states why should she tell me her name when she was not assisting nor present during transactions. She has a Tshirt one w/statement ASSHOLE on it reflecting who she is so I said I will refer both of you to back cap & asshole. The two reps agreed.
