      After traveling 200 miles , booking a hotel room , waking at 5am and waiting two hours , they canceled the flight and did not offer discounted rebooking(also did not share that the flight could be cancelled morning of because of marine layer. . Furthermore , they had to be contacted to issue a refund hours later and they were exceptionally rude When contacted they disclosed personal financial information to someone that was not the account holder.

      We are weather dependent. A refund was processed immediately at time of cancelation. Both L*** and her partner were extremely rude to my staff over the phone and by email. Her partner called with all the booking information asking about the refund and claiming we hadn't done it. Seems L*** was hiding the details from her friend. I am old with 5 daughters and 2 grand children. I went dad mode on this millennial brat when she treated my staff with rudeness and disrespect. I let her know. She is doubling down instead of taking my advice to heart. We are more disappointed than anyone that there was a weather cancelation, but insulting and berating my staff and lying about be refunded to her friend is not acceptable.

      You continue to demonstrate harassment and abuse of customer’s right to write a bad review. You disclosed information to non account holders , listed the names of the customers that were not associated with me , shared my personal information with someone that is not me , and this mess was created because of your company’s horrible customer satisfaction when you cancelled and made customers call for refund and not even apologize for the inconvenience the cancellation you made created. Other companies offer a discounted rate to return on better weather and instantly refund . Your company was rude and continues to harass me for writing my horrible experience. Horrible business practice.
