    This company is fraudulent. They have you sign up for a membership and I have been charged twice with no wine ever being sent. I orginally signed up in June and in October asked them to cancel my account as I had yet to receive an order and in four months and had been charged $174 in August with no product. I went back and forth continuing to tell them to cancel my account in addition to being pregnant and unable to drink. I was then charged again in November again with no product and the continued request to have my account cancelled. I was then asked if I wanted to pause my account I said no cancel it. I received a email finally saying they are sorry to see me go. Only for them to attempt to charge me again on 4/22/24- 6 months after my initial request for cancellation ($185.86) and no product ever being delivered, They operate under two separate names SYV Wine Collective and Wine Club. This company is is horrible with communication, customer service is a fraud with stating they will send product
