      I purchased a used 2016 Prius from this business (Kovacs Motors) on 2/10/25. I have a copy of the Retail Installment Sales Contract and the *** Report of Sale- Used Vehicle form. The dealership told me that they would file the sale paperwork with the ***, and that I'd receive the title, permanent plates and permanent registration through the mail within 8 weeks. I have never received any paperwork or the plates. I have emailed and called the dealership beginning in April. I received one email response that the dealership "had one more paper to file with the ***." I sent follow up emails and never received responses. I spoke to "******" and ******* multiple times and they reassured me that someone would "get back to me", and no one has contacted me. Today I spoke with a *** representative and Kovacs never filed any paperwork with the ***. The *** agent stated, "Essentially, you don't own this car." The *** agent recommended that i file a report wit the BBB. Kovacs Motor Sales has permanently closed since I bought the car.

      I bought a car from Kovacs Motors in Jan, 2025. They have failed to submit complete registration--we got a notice from the *** informing us. We do not have the title, and cannot complete registration without it. I have called the business several times; they do not answer, and they have failed to return our calls.
