    I ordered from them and immediately noticed the address was wrong when I went to fix it they kept saying they werent responsible. I contacted them after post office said they had to change it. I emailed 3 different times, gave the right address every time. Instead of fixing it they let it be delivered to someone else. I requested a refund and they said they are not required to even though they failed to change the address. They have no customer service, they are unprofessional and scamming people out of money.

    Our system does not allow us to change addresses after the order has been processed, as detailed in the FAQ's located in the **** center, as well as the check out page. We are working with our warehouse partners to find a solution that would allow us to do so to provide a higher level of service and convenience for customers who incorrectly enter their address. Unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund since we shipped the purchase to the address provided by the customer at checkout. We appreciate your frustration and apologize for the inconvenience experienced. If the package is returned to us we are happy to reship to the new address you provided after processing.

    Every mask I have purchased beyond the Creature from the Black lagoon, have all been sculpted by *********************** and not a one is wearble by an adult. Both the ******* and Strange Frankensteins are sculpted to fit a 12 year old at best, the same goes for the Budget Halloween II. Even cutting the slit bigger does nothing to help get them over an adult head. Seriously, if it is not wearable by an average adult, then list it as a display piece only. At 60+ dollars you would expect to get wearble breathable product. I have also seen many people complaining about the same thing with the "Halloween" franchise masks. Heck those two are not even life size to the actors heads. At 60+ dollars you would expect to get wearble product. After 4 different pieces being scaled for kids, I really feel ripped off and will do business elsewhere in the future. The Company really needs to fix this issue from here on out.

    All of the masks are sized to a general "one size fits most" which is about ***** inches around the forehead. There can be some variation if the the mold used to make it is a screen direct mold or custom fit for the actor in the movie, but that information is available by contacting Customer Support for measurements through the "Contact Us" link. We also encourage customers to try on masks with a retailer if they are concerned or have specific fit expectations. We are always happy to share information about our masks.

    After spending $70 on the 2007 ************************* mask, I expected something I could at least wear. It looks absolutely nothing like what I ordered. It's huge, and not just a little big. It is HUGE. I contacted ToT Studios to try to make things right, and was met with nothing but them being rude, making me out to be the one who ordered the mask knowing how it would fit, or look. Was also told zero returns or refunds accepted. I've spent hundreds of dollars with this business, and to be treated this way, I will not be a returning customer whatsoever, I'll outsource, and find someone who actually realizes if it weren't for their customers they would be nothing.

    We're sorry you have had an issue with the fit of the mask. The return policy is listed in the *** section of the website and does detail that we do not accept returns. It can also be accessed through the terms and policies link that must be acknowledged before payment can be submitted. Fit can always be tested by trying the mask on in person at one of the many retailers we have, like Spirit Halloween or Party City. Measurement can also be discussed with the support team through the "Contact Us" link on the website if a retail location is not accessible. Thank you for understanding.

    Placed an order on August 26 2023 with two items in the order. They only shipped one of the items for some reason. I recieved an email on 09/15 2023 stating there are warehouse issues and here is a 15 percent discount code towards my next purchase. It is now 10/10/2023 and still nothing. I emailed to inquire about a processing or shipping status two days ago and no response. But I have a 15 percent discount code that I can use so I guess theyll be stealing 15 percent less of my money on the next order right?

    I ordered an item that was still in stock, I was told they were having some delays with shipping, and waited over a month to even get an update, I even reached back out and asked for my money back since I had not gotten a confirmation tracking number or anything they said I could have a refund but they would keep 15% which I replied with I confirm to a cancellation of my item,Id like my money back, it has not shipped and I have not been provided a tracking number. I dont accept the 15% fee due to the fact that i was not warned ahead of time that was a fee would be charged for cancellations before submitting my order. It does not state that on the website whatsoever. Its not fair to me as a consumer. Also its been more than ************************************************************************** greatly appreciate my money with no hassle, as I feel this has already been a poor experience. Id like my full refund please. And in response Hi,I apologize that the item you ordered is no longer able. Your refund has processed. It can take **** business days to reflect on your statement depending on the method of payment. Thank you for your patience!Kind regards,********* No confirmation of the amount they refunded no response about the 15% nothing.! I dont even think they really issued a refund since I hadnt told them any numbers or what the item was.. was never even told the item was unavailable. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK IN FULL!
