    On Aug 14th, I purchased a shower pan from Sunny Showers. On Aug 22nd at 1:36p, I called to cancel the order due to time constraints from their delayed shipping. Since the shower pan hadn't been shipped yet, I didn't see an issue with canceling the order. I was told that it was supposed to be picked up that day and to call back tomorrow if it wasn't.

    I called again on Aug 23rd at 12:14p, since it showed as still not being picked up and *** agreed to cancel and refund the order.

    On Aug 25th I sent an email asking about the status and refund. There was no response. On Aug 31st, I emailed again with no response. On Sept 3rd, I called twice about the refund and cancelation after seeing that fedex had picked up the package with no answer or return call.

    On Sept 6th at 2:20p, I called again regarding returning the shower pan, with no answer or returned call. Another email was sent again on Sept 6th with no response. On Sept 7th at 1p, I called again regarding returning the shower pan and left a message with no answer or returned call.

    *** at Sunny Showers had agreed to cancel the order several days before it was shipped out. That was not done and they refuse to respond to any of my emails or phone calls since the day they agreed to cancel and refund the order. You can see in the screenshots that I called and emailed prior to the package being picked up on Aug 30th by fedex (see screenshot 6).

    We purchased a shower enclosure from Sunny Shower USA on April 28th 2022 and it was delivered on May 12th, 2022. On August 28th, we were awoken in the middle of the night with a loud glass shattering sound. Upon entering our bathroom, there was glass everywhere as if the glass panel of our shower exploded. After researching what happened, we learned that due to manufacturing issues or a tiny crack in the glass, glass can actually explode.
    The seller, Sunny Showers, was contacted and we sent them pictures of the incident. We were told by Sunny that they cannot make sure which panels "we broke" (which was clearly visible in the pictures). They also said we did not provided the right part number ( I asked for clarification on where to find that number and received no response). We were also told that this was not covered under the 3 month warrant ( I asked to have them send me the warranty since the warranty hyperlink on the item description was an error page. Again, no response). Lastly, they told me it was an installation error and to contact my contractor.
    Sunny Shower USA has not responded since this conversation. We paid ******* for the shower enclosure and **** for the install. We are just looking to get the money back for the faulty product we purchased.
