    bought a e bike from them about 6 mo ago. has a 2 yr warranty,,, bike will not work.... i have called to get no body but put a voice mail in, text them, email them,,, tried getting a legit phone number

    I received the ebike on July 21st. The controller became defective on September 20th and I reported this problem to the company. They agreed to send me a new controller which arrived October 11th. After installing the new controller, I found it to be defective and unusable. I again reported this problem along with videos I made showing the problem and troubleshooting procedures that proved again that the replacement controller was defective making the ebike unusable. Now some days have passed and they have not responded. I would like for them to send me parts that work so I can repair this ebike.

    Purchased on February 23, 2024 I paid $1599.00 I have reached out to them multiple times about this issue but they keep ignoring me. My break caliber was sent to me with a stripped bolt and I have asked them multiple times for a replacement because I have a two year warranty. They keep ignoring me and wont reply to my emails. Last communication was September 2 2024 and they said they were still working on it. I bought this e-bike less than seven months ago and havent been able to ride it for 3 months waiting for it. I want my warranty to work and I know I am not the only customer having this issue with this company. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

    I purchased an ebike as well as a helmet from Vetanya. The bike is fine but the helmet is completely different from the one advertised. When I contacted them about it they had me send photos to prove that it was in fact not the helmet advertised. When I demanded a refund they tried giving me $20 off, when I refused they said they had issued a full refund and sent me some questionable looking statement. We checked the ****** account that was used to purchase the ***** and the funds have not been issued to the account. It's been over two weeks since they assured me it had been, I contacted them right after they sent the bogus looking statement and they assured me that the refund had been issued and that it could take ten days (or longer) and that I could wait. It's been over two weeks now, there is no pending refund and they stopped responding to my emails.

    Purchased Alligator E-bike from Vetanya. It arrived on 7/12/24 in a damaged box. After opening the box to begin assembly we noticed the rear carrier rack was dented/scratched and the headlight hardware was missing (SS nut and washer). We purchased the missing hardware and assembled the bike following the enclosed manual. We fully charged the battery. The very first time we powered the bike, Error code: E007 (motor fault) began to flash and has remained flashing to this day. The electric motor appears to be working but we are not sure it is working correctly. We have been trying to contact customer service (calling and emailing) since Mon 7/15/24. We have called ************** more than 15 times over the last 10 days and have left 3 voicemail messages with our callback cell and email along with reference order number (1608). It is our belief that there is no support agents. Every single time we called, we were presented with the recording "we need a moment to find an available support agent to assist you" After 3 minutes on hold, the recording then states no support agents are available and to leave a voice mail message. We tried calling first thing in the morning (9am PST), mid-day, and in the late afternoon. On two occasions will filled out the "Contact Us" form (************************************************) providing the relevant facts and order number. We have repeatedly asked for help and want to talk to a technician that can assist us. The only contact from Vetanya after the purchase has been a review which we completed and in that review also asked for assistance. In a last ditch effort, we tried contacting them thru a chat bot on their website-waste of time. During some of our VM & fillable form submissions, we mentioned if the company did not contact us, we would be contacting the BBB for resolution. We have tried all logical troubleshooting of the error code (reading manual/YouTube videos) and none of the suggestions have resolved the problem.

    Received a defective product and the company refuses to provide me a refund or replacement even though I've explained my problem multiple times. The ebike I bought's pedal assist feature does not work no matter what I do, regardless of the setting I cannot make it up a hill no matter how hard I try. The company has done nothing but gaslight me into thinking it is my own fault and that I'm an idiot.
