    I had ******* set up with this company for a ONE TIME payment monthly to be deducted from my account. I have notice that my account was charged twice including fees. The timing when they deducted payment time was a few seconds. It didn't make sense why they did this nor they gave me no explanation. I did ask for a refund of the additional charge. They claimed they would request the refund to me. When I followed up they told me it takes 3-4 weeks. Which I don't think a refund takes that long in their end. Mind you by the time I get the refund my account will be posted with the credit. ************************************************* I do want this matter resolved.

    We apologize for the inconvenience. Your payment was deducted from your account twice, the first time was for the bill dated July 8/August 5, 2022 payment in the amount of $84.78 on August 19, 2022. The same amount was deducted again in error. A refund was requested on September 2, 2022. I was informed by our accounting Department the refund was mailed on September 20, 2022. please allow a few days to receive it. If you do not receive it a by October 1, 2022, please inform us right away.


    Again, we apologize for our inconvenience.
