    8/30/2024 told by ***** reconstruction work was done and to do walk through to make sure we were satisfied with job. We saw several things not to our satisfaction and took several pictures. Tried to resolve with ***** but unsuccessful. Made several calls to owner ******* to discuss issues, he was going to speak with *****, was still having problems. 10/3/2024 sent email to ******* with pictures of the unacceptable job that was done. Reconstruction guys were to come out and fix issues on 10/8/2024, no one showed up. 10/11/2024 received text from ***** guys would be there on 10/12/2024 8:00am, no one showed up. The guys showed up on10/14 with no notice. Spoke to ***** on 10/14 he said his guys didnt tell him that they didnt show up on 10/12. ***** asked if the guys could work till 4:30-5:00pm advised no, that no one would be home. He replied that when family was at temporary housing they would be there till 8:30 pm. Family has lost income from work due to the reconstruction guys showing up when ever they felt like.
