Market has been selling expired food products as well as spoiled meat. I purchased chicken as well as some snacks for my kids including Kool-aid. When noticing thar the items where expired since last year, I brought it to the cashier's attention whom became very rude use profanity and accused my children of stealing candy and causing her to keep her candy in the glass shelf. I advised her that my children didn't take anything with out paying and that I had just made the purchase and wanted her to be aware that the items on shelf where past expired and she became very aggressive and continued cursing including to my kids whom are ages 6, 9, and 10. All I went back for was to see if I can exchange 3 small packets of Kool aid and to advise of the expired products but was faced with very rude staff. My children where verbally assaulted due to this incident.

I wish I can upload all the proof I have regarding this incident but it does not allow me to.
Customer states this business sells spoiled meat yet they purchase chicken and did not have a complaint nor return the item. No children were verbally assaulted at this business, actually the customer became very rude and he was using profanity while recording himself saying false accusations about the business. This whole incident is about them returning expired koolaids which I did apologized for but since they wanted to get money/ exchange product I did inform them that they werent charged for. Dad said I was accusing his child of stealing, I asked him to not put words in my mouth. Later that day after looking into the camera footage i see that the look aids were stolen. I did not become aggressive nor rude I apologized.

I am rejecting this response because:

Good morning, I did not proceed with the purchase of the chicken. And I think you have the wrong customer. This incident happened with myself and my kids. There dad was not at the store at the time. I did not return the chicken because it was not bought. My neighbors have also complaint about spoiled milk and other items so im not sure if you remember exactly me and my kids. I do have recording of how you screamed "I'm tired of these kids coming in here stealing. I am always finding candy wrappers on the floor" and screamed at my kids to get out and told me "fuck you and your family".  I'm more than happy to show the recording that I have. My kids now do not walk by your store if we go to the 99. They walk in the parking lot because to them the lady will come out screaming. My little girl went home crying that day saying "I did nothing wrong mommy why is she mean to me". And this s

is still going on. They are so traumatized from your yelling and words. They keep asking why if they did everything right. As for the items at your shelf, I would suggest you go through your inventory because seasoning, honey mostly everything you have is expired. So I'm sure you had a parent going and returning the kool-aid you mention. And that incident should also be revised because if it wasn't charged it should be the cashiers fault, not sure if it you but the young lady is always on the phone and ppl have to wait to get charged. At least it's not discrimination because as I can tell from the statements there are others to.

    Sincerely,

    Business Response

There are many & I mean many false statement in the response above. I have a recording where the incident involved a man and two kids; no *************************. If these lies continue then I believe a defamation case should be involve because its been enough with the lies and the actions trying to ruin this business. Also I have the receipt and the video footage of the incident occurring, once again no ************************* involved better yet maybe you were the women that walked into the store asking for unsalted butter and chicken breast which I state we had none & whom you were accompanied with rudely said well go to north gate & yes when you walked in I was busy on my phone checking the camera footage regarding the incident. & I suggest whomever youre sending to check the expiration dates and are taking pictures to have more knowledge on what they are doing because two pictures that youve provided are items that are not even expired. & I also have footage that you state you have to walk on the sidewalk but yet this week you ************************* and the little girl walked right infront of the store where your daughter was asking for an item of the little toy things outside the business and you replied with a no and aggressively grabbed her hand. & to inform you I know who are loyal & continuing customers at the store and believe when I say they are neighbors. & about spoiled milk you  are incorrect because I weekly have my vendor that is up to date with the date on each milk carton. And my question is how was I suppose to know your child intentionally put those kool aids in his pocket with out paying? Like I have stated I have footage of him doing so and also him admitting of doing so when the man & the two kids returned to the store. & Im sorry but the whole customer are waiting to get charged is a lie & like I can keep saying I can prove so with footage. &  & what statements the ones you went ahead and published/ & sent others to publish? & to whomever is reading this, how is this helping get this issue resolved? There are plenty of lies in her statement that my footage can prove. Also to whom is reading this, I went ahead and sent an email to the email provided by BBB because I try to attach footage and my response does not proceed so because of so I have submitted my response with none.
