    I also experienced the same thing with *****. Super rude, and claimed they called my tenant to access the unit. And, when I told him they didn't, he said we were lying. I called Frigidaire warranty, and they only had these guys in my rental's area, so now we have to wait for an in-house Frigidaire tech next week. This guy wasted my and my tenant's day.

    Horrible customer **********************, I spoke with a guy named ****** to confirm an appointment that was set with ********** for my refrigerator and he was so rude and condescending. He basically told me that the time frame given to me was not valid and that they would contact me on the date of my appointment to let me know what time they would send a service person, he wouldn't give me an approximate time frame to make sure that someone would be at home. He yelled at me saying that's how they work and that if I didn't like it to call Frigidaire for someone else. I've never been treated so rudely by any business, if I could rate 0 stars that's what I'd give them. I can't believe that any of these companies would use a business like this to repair their appliances. I ended up calling my warranty back to schedule with someone else.

    I have warranty service with Electrolux for repair and replacement for a 2019 Frigidaire refrigerator. This year I have called Electrolux three times for the same problem. They come out. The last request to Electrolux was made in mid-June for a July Appt. My food was spoiling so I called July 1st to ask for a partner to come sooner. Electrolux notified ***'s Appliance Repair.***'s Appliance ************** responded and visited me on July 2nd. The technician was *******. He was on time, friendly and helpful. His attention to detail is superior. He accessed the problem and explained it to me. He cleaned parts in the freezer frozen with ice, blocking air to the cabinet. ******* is the repair person you want to service you. He is a great listener with superior analytical skills. I felt very comfortable interacting with ******* who went out of his way for me. I asked him unrelated questions about another freezer and he was willing to help. I am pleased that he was sent. I recommend this company.
