    For my wedding day on October 5, 2024, I paid Alvarez Rentals to set up two different areas of arches with drapes (second place has artificial flower ************ one for the entrance and one for the ceremony area. The first one at the entrance was just the drapes with ivy tie backs and the second one at the ceremony site was drapes, with artificial flower *********** going down the sides and along the center. The florist placed a floral piece in the center of that, and then Alvarez was to place the artificial flower *********** along the entire top and in back of the floral center piece.What was not done: *********** going down both sides of pole and along top beam at ceremony site, also they did not place the flower arrangement tie backs to the front entrance drapes.Inside the venue Alvarez Rentals were to place a custom backdrop for the sweetheart table with drapes on left side tied to the pole. drapes side to side with string lights behind and artificial flowers going down one side and an artificial flower arrangement on the right side with a tie back. What was not done: The artificial flower tie back on right side.Once I returned from my honeymoon, I contact Alvarez Rentals ***** cc'ing ****** Alvarez about a refund in the amount of $100 for what was not done. At first, ***** said they did it but because of the pictures of proof I provided them, they could not deny it. Now they have essentially ignored me and my many emails for a refund.
