    Enlisted this business to help plan and execute a renovation of a property in ****************. Spoke with Mr. ********************** at length about the project and had him into the property to meet and look things over. This started in *********************************** 2018 spring he would start to work on the project. We gave him a deposit ($1000.00) and signed a contract. He hired a draftsperson to do exterior and interior drawings which we received after a significant delay. After that it became difficult to get him on the phone and to draw his interest to our project. Every time I spoke with him (calling each quarter to check availability) he indicated that he was swamped and would reach out in 3 months time to get us onto the schedule. Starting winter 2019 he began to indicate that he didn't know when we would be getting onto the schedule and perhaps we should investigate other companies. I requested a final accounting of service rendered against the deposit, which he indicated most of it would be refunded. I have requested that several times with last week (August 2022, and Sept 2022) being the most recent times. He has not returned our calls and we have only ever reached him when he has unexpectedly answered his office phone.
