    In Oct 2024 I signed up for a holiday baking camp for my toddler. Eventbrite allows you to enroll in these classes for three days but then the owner cancels the class very early In The morning on The day of the class. This is the same MO that the owner ***** has been using for all her other classes based on prior reviews. What a shame that she is allowed to collect monies without prosecution. Avoid this school and this lady.

    I purchased a cooking class as a gift on 9/22/23 for a class taking place on 10/27/23. I received a reminder email/text to attend the class on 10/26/23. On 10/27/23 at 11:32 am (the day of the class, 7 hours before it was supposed to start), we received an email canceling the class. The email is below this text. I emailed back asking if we would receive information about a credit OR a refund, but I never heard back. I emailed on 10/27, 11/3, and 11/5 and never heard back. I also called them repeatedly and just called/emailed again today but didn't hear back. The money has not be refunded to me, nor have I heard back from them. 10/27 Email to All Customers Attending the Class Hi and I am very sorry to inform you that tonight's class will be canceled due to a water leak that I thought would be fixed but is not ready yet. We were so excited for this fun class and now we are so sad. With that said you will receive a follow up email regarding a credit for another class if you wish.     I paid in full for my 5-year-old son to attend baking class, four sessions. I was given a date and when I showed up no one opened the door. I called the number on the website, it was disconnected. I was sent a text that they would wait to have more children join the class. This is after I showed up for class, granted I gave them a second chance, supposedly the class would start the following week and they text me the day of class that the class would be postponed again. This was unprofessional and unacceptable. They are a scam. I asked for a full refund, since they did not render services and until this day, I have not received my money back. I don't understand how they are still running a business and scamming people. I am reporting them to Better Business Bureau and reported them to my bank as well. They need to close this business.
