    Pella has committed to installing a new front door and transom to the specs that we ordered, installing a mail slot and peep hole in the door, ensuring the wood on the transom matches the wood on the rest of the door frame, and cleaning up their work.

    Pella did install the door and ransom on May 6th, 2022, however the following issues occurred:
    1. They didn't have the mail slot with them and did not install it. They committed at this time to come back and install it. They still have not.
    2. They didn't have the peep hole with them and did not install it. They committed at this time to come back and install it. They still have not.
    3. They left significant scratches on the inside and outside of the door. They committed at this time to either come back and fix the scratches or else provide a new door. They still have not.
    4. The wood on the inside of transom doesn't match to rest of the door frame on the inside. They committed to come back and fix this. They still have not.
    5. They left white paint all around the door frame on the outside which doesn't match the house paint at all. They committed to coming back and fix this. They still have not.
    6. They left damage to the wall around the door frame. They committed to come back and fix this. They still have not.

    Since the original install, 2 men from Pella returned on Jun 22nd, 2022, with a damaged mail slot which they weren't able to install. They committed to returning with a new mail slot and have not.

    Also since the original install, they have sent me threatening letters talking about putting a construction lien on my property or something if I don't pay them the full amount.

    They have not made an effort to finish the job.
