    I ordered 13 customized playing cards for a charity fundraiser. After posting for expedited shipping, when the order arrived not only was three order wrong, I added a custom box for each pack of cards and they came only shrink wrapped, there were only 9 decks of cards delivered. They took over a week to respond by which time the charity event had passed. They refuse to allow me to return the order since I can't use the cards anymore since there weren't enough and were missing 1/3 of the decks ordered. We couldn't use them at all for the event and demand a full return for a refund.

    Purchased: April 8, 2024 I received my order and was excited to have a new camera strap. But I am disappointed by the quality. It is completely illegible except for one piece of text. My website is so poorly printed that it cannot be read at all and part of the design is cut off. I took screenshots of the preview before submitting the order because I read reviews that said stuff was cut off that was within the appropriate margins. I have run a successful printing company for the past 8 years and have a degree in design, so I would definitely consider myself a professional in terms of design and printing. Based on my knowledge and skills, I can without a doubt say that this product is a huge disappointment. I wish I had listened to the negative reviews and spent my money with a small business. Anything would be better than the horrible product I received.I am happy to provide the screenshots to Printer's Studio directly, but I don't want to share them publicly since it includes my business name and contact information.

    I ordered a lenticular photo card from PrinterStudio.com. The product displays 2 images; it is marketed such that both image are seen at different viewing angle. The good product was beautiful. However, 50% of my product was unusable quantity, where a combination of both or a distorted of 1 image was seen. When contacting the business, they confirmed this is expected quality and they could not do anything to support replacing the bad quality images. I have an email thread, where they changed what good quality was met and how it would be seen in the product. 50% unusable product is their standard. In order to complete my project in a consistent way, I had to place an order for double to quantity. When placing the 2nd order, the team noted they would not fix the problem. I was confused how it could be fixed if they claimed the original order was their standard and they didn't believe anything was wrong with the quality despite sending images at different ends of the poor and good quality spectrum.
