      I ordered a birth certificate online in *************, I was charged $54.00. As of today June 26, 2025, I still have not received it. I have called several times, submitted proof of identity, as well as mailed a wet signature to them as requested, and still have not received the birth certificate. They mailed the wrong documents to my local health department. They refuse to refund my money and suggested I fly from ******* to ******* to do it myself.

      On ********* I ordered a birth certificate for my son I was asked to verify who I was then I was ask to pay $19.00 for notary and since then have not heard from the company

      I gave an order to have all the boxes that we have stored with them shredded and our account terminated. If I had ordered boxes shredded it would have taken less than a week. But because I have also indicated we are closing our account they claim it takes two months. They expect us to pay an additional two months storage fees. We have no contract since we were clients of another business they purchased.

      The company does not respond to complaints. They add a late fee when they only give you the bill 5 days before it is due. Then promise to fix it and never do. Last they charge you huge fees to get your items back when you cancel but they don't charge you anything to get your items back if you need them temporarily. Feel like extortion when you cancel.

      We signed an agreement with ******************* to store our office boxes for a period of 5 years on May 17, 2021 for $25.00 a month for the storage of 56 boxes.******************* merged with the Vital Records Control (VRC ) in February 2022.Vital Records increased our bill in July 2022 from $25.00 a month to $116.95 a month, and has continuously been increasing our bill. As of September 2024 our bill is now $200.00 a month for the storage of our 56 boxes.The agreement we signed with ******************* for the storage of our boxes limits the price increases to no more that 3% above the then current price list annually.We have never signed another agreement with Vital ************************* soon as the price increased we called numerous times talking to Vital Records. With no response, slow to return calls, let me have this person call you back. Our last contact with them we spoke with ****** Palo in November 2023, and he said he would talk to their **************** and get back to us to us. We never did hear back from him or anyone from Vital ************************* this date we have been charged over $3,000. more than our signed contract agreement. We estimated with the current price increases at the end of our 5 year agreement we will be charged $8,000. More than our signed contract agreement.We would like *** to acknowledge our agreement with ******************* . We also believe ******************* should hold some responsible for not holding up their signed agreement with us.

      Requested that medical records be produced by these guys. We received no responses for 3 months despite having had 3 phone calls with them. They gave different excuses every time. First it was that they did not know where to send the records to, then it was that they didn't have our e-mail on file (the form that was submitted to them had that info), then it was that they didn't receive the payment (even though payment was done through their payment link).Whoever answers the phone for this business is the equivalent of a fallen-from-***** 60-year old divorcee working at a fast-food joint whose wife left with the kids. Her poor customer service and communication skills are self-explanatory for why this business seems so run-down and unprofessional and likely to be a illegitimate and morally bankrupt institution.

      On March 23rd I placed an order for my birth certificate for $24.50 & never received it. One site says being processed and another site says shipped expected delivery April 19th. I never received it. I filed a complaint and I was given the run around. I placed a second order for *** 2nd day delivery and received my birth certificate. It cost more $44.50. It seems like some kind of scam to me. I have been going back and forth sending this agency documents of proof of who I am. I have been explaining that I need my birth certificate for identity verification because I moved to another state and they are asking me for proof of address when I am living with my daughter now and I have no proof till I can receive my birth certificate to get my state license and then I can go to FPL to prove my identity.

      I ordered my birth certificate thru this company last week. Upon checking the status of my order (tracking) today (5 days later) it stated this would not be to me until August. I called and spoke to someone who told me this is the state of ***************** I then had to turn around and call the state of Wa thru Vital Check, ordered on phone paid additional money and it will be here Tuesday. I then called this company back to cancel my order and they state it can not be refunded as it has already been ordered. The agent also refused to have a supervisor call me back to discuss. Side note the tracking also has the dates completely out of order so it was very confusing to follow. I do have a pic of this but since my address is showing did not want to upload. I also was never emailed my receipt. Amount below may not be exact.
