    *************************** from Master Arbor Service Inc., was hired to remove 6 trees from the property. He was the one that gave us the quote. He was supposed to bring the trees down, remove the stumps, haul away the branches, cut the wood and stack it in a area that was directed to him. He actually started the job with the six original trees to be cut down. When cutting the trees down, he allowed the branches to crush the neighbors fence. The neighbor did say just take your time and fix it when you are done. This quote came from ******. ****** was given another four trees to remove along with the stumps along with haul away the branches and clean up. Again, he gave us the price. We had to leave on Monday, October 3rd. He was informed that he could continue and we would get back to him when we are back. ****** was paid in full in the amount of $1800 for the first six trees even when the job was not complete. Instead we found out he began to pull down the other five trees before finishing the first six. ****** called asking for more money way before the job was completed asked that we Venmo him another $800. He was told no you haven't finished the six trees at this time and were paid in full due to your saw breaking. We have called several times with no avail of him answering either of the phone numbers. His Contractor License #:*******. Mind you he was 2 hours late the day to start the job. He also showed up without gas for his equipment.
